Shape: Rectangular "page" type tablet, with smoothed angles; inscription both on recto (four lines) and on verso (one line).

Text: Recto: heading formed by two "words" on the first and part of the second line. On the same second line a list of objects begins, represented either by an ideogram or by an abbreviation, each followed by a number. Verso: a syllabic sign (acronym?), followed by an ideogram and a number.
