King of the Seha River Land and Appawiya, father of both Ura-Tarhunta and Manapa-Tarhunta. He was a vassal king firstly of the more powerful Arzawa kingdom and then of the Hittite empire. Probably, he established a dinasty, given the fact that in CTH 211.4 the Hittite king imposed on the throne of the Seha River Land a "descendant of Muwawalwi".
